San Jose Chess Club

Our Mission

We started this club in the pandemic to provide opportunities to play the game both online and in person. Our goal is to organize quality tournaments, facilitate workshops, and expand the game of chess to a bigger audience. We want to create a community through chess, and make a long-lasting impact with the game. We may be based in San Jose, but we want to spread the game to as many people as possible.
